Assalamu alaikum,
Mr. Faiz, thank you. The last session in Jogja helped me start forgiving myself, bi idznillah (with God’s permission). I feel so much better now—worship feels lighter, and I can experience deep sleep again. InshaAllah (God willing), we can now focus more on preparing everything Fathi might need when he is far from us in the future.
*I even forgot that the session was actually meant for my child, but it felt like it was for me. 🙏🏼😄

Good morning, Mas Faiz. This morning, I just had to share how pumped up Zahra is about becoming a clinical psychologist. It’s so cute!
For her birthday, she asked for The Psychology Book, and last weekend she spent her time finishing Psychology for Dummies in one sitting. She loved it so much that she immediately bought 7 e-books about psychology on Shopee. And she’s only 17.
She aspires to be like you because she truly sees how a clinical psychologist can help improve people’s lives—as she witnessed through me. She wants to do something similar.
I can’t handle how adorable this is! 😄
Thank you so much, Mas, for your positive influence on our family and for being such a great role model for my daughter. 🤍

Assalamu ‘alaikum, I hope Mr. Faiz and your family are in good health and well-being.
Alhamdulillah, bi idznillah (with God’s permission), Zaid’s cognitive development has been amazing, Sir. He’s been asking so many questions, which has given us a golden opportunity to instill various concepts—ironically, this all happened after we stopped sending him to school. It’s truly overwhelming, honestly!
We believe that all he needs is a Quiet Growing Time.
There have been so many moments that, a few days ago, I decided to start documenting them on Instagram, fearing I might forget. Even then, I couldn’t capture everything because I needed Zaid’s permission first—he often stops whatever he’s doing if he notices I’m taking pictures. 😅😅
As for negative emotions, some have started to surface, but Alhamdulillah, thanks to the insights you shared during our last session, we weren’t caught off guard. So far, we’ve been able to handle it well.
May Allah bless our meeting with you that day. Jazakumullah khayran, Mr. Faiz. 🙏🏼

hello, i'm here to give updates about how i've been feeling. since i started taking meds, i could sleep well and feel good in the morning. the headache is still there but it doesn't hurt as much as usual. i feel that i can perceive my surroundings much more clearly. let's say i felt like i was trapped in a bubble. i felt very separated from the world i'm living in. now i can feel the warmth of my blanket, see the sunlight through my window, hear the birds chirping outside. it feels so strange, in a good way. i feel like moving around significantly gets easier because my body feels lighter. i feel good. i haven't slept this good in years.

Thank you so much for all your help, Mr. Faiz. I can’t help but remember those moments when I used to panic and text you late at night asking for help 😅—I hope you can forgive me for that. There’s no way I could have gotten through all of this without your support, letting me pour out my overflowing thoughts in every session, and equipping me with a new perspective on myself. I’m truly grateful to have met you. I hope you are always happy, healthy, and blessed with plenty of time to spend with your loved ones.
